Learners eat with the stars at the BBC 20 February 2009 In November and December our learners went on two trips to visit television studios. In November we went to Carmarthen before traveling down to Llanelli to visit the Wedi 7 studios and to see it being filmed live. At the end of the teaching term, we then went to visit the BBC in Cardiff. After a tasty lunch with some of the stars at the BBC in their canteen we were then shown around the news studios. The highlight of the day for many was going to see the set for Pobl y Cwm. We saw the cafe, the Deri Arms and had many photos taken. |
