Financial Assistance for Learners 2 March 2010 The Welsh Assembly Government has allocated funding to financially assist Welsh learners. The fund can help learners with additional costs incurred when learning welsh such as travel, books, childcare or informal learning activities (lunch club, walking club, organised trips). Course fees are not eligible under this fund. Each application is judged on an individual basis. If you would like to apply, please phone 01443 483600 for an application form.
