Levels explained
Entry
Everyday words and phrases you will come across in many different workplaces. Entry level is covered during your first year of learning on a twice a week course, or by the end of your second year on a weekly course.
Foundation
By the end of Foundation level, you will have covered all the basic patterns of the Welsh language – you will find a variety of these patterns in the words and phrases listed at this level.
Intermediate
These words and phrases may not be everyday occurrences, or present Welsh language idioms
Advanced
The words and phrases at this level may be specialised to a particular area or work, or idioms of speech.
